Surfcrete quotations are valid for a period of 30 days. We reserve the right to adjust quotes if there are any variations requested by the client.
A 50% deposit is required to commence any custom project. Full payment must be made before any product leaves our premises.
Order Cancellations and Variations
Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted. If variations to the job are requested after approval, Surfcrete reserves the right to review and, if necessary, charge additional fees.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Replacements
Surfcrete does not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for change of mind purchases.
Product Characteristics
Given the natural nature of our products, slight variations in the final colour or surface may occur compared to the original samples. These variations can be due to environmental factors or changes from material suppliers, which are beyond our control.
Product Care and Responsibility
Upon handover of the product, the responsibility for its care shifts to the client. If the product is damaged post-installation, whether by the client or other tradespeople, the responsibility lies with the client.
It is advised that all tradespeople be made aware that concrete surfaces should not have tools, food, or other items placed on them. Additionally, the surfaces should not be covered as it may impact the sealing process’s settling.
